This is a voluntary agreement between the following participants, who stipulate to pay the following fee of a minimum of $150.00 per hour to the AdvocateConsultant for services rendered plus expenses.
Each participant shall pay to the AdvocateConsultant and equal amount of the hourly service charge depending upon the number of participants. The AdvocateConsultant is responsible for payment to additional Advocates in the event one is required in a specialized area of expertise..
The participants listed below agree to pay the Mediators Minimum Service Charge of $150.00 per hour.
